Good Florist Guide is back

Date

We’re so excited to announce that the Good Florist Guide is back with a beautiful new website, a dedicated new member of staff and a plan for world domination.

Well, not quite. But we do want to provide a simple way for consumers to ensure they get the best quality florists as well as encouraging new customers by promoting the value of flowers as the gift of choice and GFG members as the first point of purchase.

First of all some thank yous. We have been lucky enough to have the most brilliant and helpful website designer. Sarah Arthur not only built us this gorgeous website but taught us tech rookies to use it – a task that took more patience than we’re able to fully state.

We have also been lucky enough to have the most wonderful panel of advisors, florists with the vision to guide us along the path of developing a consumer-friendly website as well as a PR strategy to build GFG into a nationally-recognised brand. Karen, Pip, David, Nikki, Jennifer and Sian – thank you so much for all your help.

Good Florist Guide is the only independently accredited, merit-based guide to florists in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We currently have over 350 members but would love for more quality florists to join us. If that’s you – click here to apply for accreditation or email your questions to hello@goodfloristguide.com!

If you’ve already been vetted and approved as a Good Florist Guide business, we’ll be sending you a beautiful little brochure which includes all you need to know to take the next steps of this exciting journey with us.

If you’ve sent us an email over the last few years with a request to join, don’t worry because we’ve kept details for each and every one of you and will be in touch to tell you about the new application process and benefits over the coming weeks.

The website is in beta testing currently as it still needs a bit of tweaking – please feel free to email us if you have any suggestions!

We’re so excited to get started building a national brand that consumer know reflect the qualities of independent floristry – originality, innovation, excellence and reliability. We hope you’ll join us!
